Chicago 2010

We made our way down to Chicago in September, 2010.  What a beautiful city.  The waterfront is very clean, has excellent walking and cycling paths that go on for miles (or kilometers :P), to the landscaping and gardening all over the city, to the Magnificent Mile, this city is everything Toronto should have been.  It's very clear a lot of thought and planning and MONEY went into the development and planning of this city.  I visited the John Hancock Centre, which provided a 360 degree view of the entire city, and the waterfront from about 95 stories high.  We also visited the Navy Pier, which is a beautiful gathering place with shops, rides and sights.  The food was exceptional, I had the chance to eat some gourmet Indian Cuisine that rivaled some of the best Indian Restaurants in Toronto.  And the pizza, you cannot beat Chicago deep-dish pizza. Can't wait to go back!
